BIG SIZE EL
Maximum dimension of sign we can produce in one panel is within 100cm x 200cm for fully lit-up animated sign and 120cm x 240cm for partially lit-up animated sign.
For the larger size panel over 120cm x 240cm, we will combine several panels together to make a whole display.
STAGE 1: PRE PRODUCTION
When we receive artwork we can do sketch map according to details of design and production needs.
In sketch map we can see all sizes, each parts of EL panels wich will be combined to whole project, points of cable connections and how many inverters will control each group of panels.
STAGE 2: PRODUCTION
Depends of customers needs and conditions of using we provide many options: waterproof, UV-protection, self-adhesive tape on the back side of panels, extra lenght of cable, motion sensor or day-night sensor.

We use laser cutting machine and can do any shape of panel, it help us to do the best visual effect in place where panels will be combined.

STAGE 3: TESTING
When production was finished, all parts (EL Panels) will be tested in factory during 24 hours as complete (ready to use) solution.
STAGE 4. SITE PREPARATION
We provide to our customers already tested, well packed and easy to install solutions based short instruction. Installation can be done by 2 people from advertising agency or company focused on service for outdoor advertising constructions.
Before installation make sure all boxes was transported to site no wet and no have damages or water inside. Please use packing list for check all parts, cables and inverters before start of installation. The power switch on inverter should be "OFF", please don`t connect inverters to power source before installation will finished.
STAGE 5. INSTALLATION
"A", "B" "C", "D", "E" parts should be mounted on vinyl banner:
5.1. Place part "A" on to vinil according to design, where part "A" should be mounted. Check point of cable connection on the vinyl surface and make small hole using knife. You need Input cable inside hole and put all cable of part "A" behind vinil baner.
5.2. Remove protection paper from the back side of part "A" and mount EL panel (with self adhesive tape on the back side) to vinyl baner according to design.
5.3.The panel should fit snugly to the surface of the banner, when mounting the panel do not allow twisting, folding or damaging EL panel. Make sure that the cable connection was placed well not stretched and not damaged. The edge of panel after istallation should not be curled.
5.4. Repeat steps (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) for parts "B", "C", "D", "E".
5.5.When all panels was installed, use sketch map for check connections between panels and inverters. Each connecter marked by label of connection. Each label on the "INPUT" connector should be strongly the same as label in "OUTPUT" connector.
5.6. Before first start, make sure the inverters installed well, have good conditions for heat removing. If whole display controled by more then one inverter, please set switch on the all inverters to "OFF" and connect inverters to one power hub for ensure synchronization on start.
STAGE 6. FIRST START
Set switch to "ON" and start amazing BIG SIZE EL. Enjoy!
